Residing in Tennessee, I’m a licensed health and life advisor appointed in multiple states. Prior to becoming a licensed advisor, I coached in the fitness industry for 5 years. My experiences as a fitness coach allowed me to see the highs and lows of a person’s health journey. My goal is to provide a personalized experience and healthcare plans that benefit your needs.
